When: Monday through Friday, November 1-5 – 9:00 AM-4:30 PM (Half-day on Friday)
Summary: "Sarah Lanier, author of 'Foreign to Familiar' and Dr. Erik Spruyt, founder and director of Le Rucher Ministries in France, will lead a skills focused basic debriefing workshop for leaders, mental health professionals and seasoned member care workers. Le Rucher is internationally known for its debriefing of career field workers, with a five day, Christ center model of professionally trained debriefers. Both theory and practical application will be offered, as well as key resources for leaders of agencies and therapists alike.
Trainees must have experience in the cross cultural mission field. It will assume the trainee has skills in active listening and has had experience in missions. Leaders, counselors, and Member Care workers are invited to attend."
